"The delivery was very timely. Some people complained about the odor issue in their reviews. However, when I got mine, I let it expand during the day in an open area (outside on the deck) and the odor was gone. The bed is firm and comfortable. I could sleep much better now. It's a good buy with the promotion price ($349 plus tax). My back pain problem has been improved since but NOT totally cured. To relieve back pain, practise YOGA is a better solution beside having a comfortable bed. "
