"This was really easy to get on the box spring. I had already purchased mattress covers, but had been advised that the box spring is a favorite hiding area of bed bugs. So, nabbed this one, placed on the box spring, probably about 10 days after the place was fumigated and sprayed down. Haven't had any bites since... dunno if it was truly bed bugs since none were seen, but I like my mattress enough that I figured it was worth spending the cash to have it encased... travel a lot, and really never hope to have bites like that again. "
