"I suffer from chronic migraines and have tried many preventive medications and some alternative treatments as well. I've read several articles recently that recommended Buckwheat pillows as a possible way to prevent some migraines from occurring so I ordered this pillow. I was a little concerned that, since I am a light sleeper, the "crunchiness" of the pillow would keep me awake or wake me in the middle of the night. I was also concerned that it would be too firm or that I would develop a stiff neck or back problems with switching to a new pillow (as is often the case for me). However, after using this pillow for three nights, I must say that I'm impressed. It is much more comfortable than you would imagine a "grain" filled pillow to be. It is very firm but comfortably so and I have felt great upon arising since I started using it. The very best part is that I have had no migraines! It's too early to tell if it will have a lasting affect on my headaches but I'm hopeful. "
